Dear Friends/Freundlings,

As you all know, for many years I have been possessed by Miss Lederhosen Lucil. Compelled to create custom hosen for her, braid her hair, buy her expensive Mac cosmetics and travel with her around the world with a small army of Yamaha's. Well, a few years ago I started playing the ukulele (such a perfectly portable stringed instrument!) and have been collecting songs for a new album that I will be making a limited edition pressing of in February/March 2007. For those of you missing Miss LL in her golden braided glory there are a few fun things to tell you about. First, there is an exclusive "Lucil Roots" track up on Lucil's myspace site and soon the entire LL catalogue will be available on iTunes (some of you have been asking about this for years!). I'll keep you posted!

I'll be hitting the road in March down to Austin, TX and back with Toronto's The Fembots so watch out for tour dates. So far we're hoping to hit these cities:

March 11/12 - Drive days (unless you know of a cool place to play between Chicago and Austin!)
