Lucil will be on CBC Radio Two's Radiosonic this Saturday, Oct. 26. You'll hear several live tracks recorded in the Vancouver studio, plus a great interview with host mit das most Grant. The show airs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. if you're in BC, AB, SK, MN, ON or QC, 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. in most Atlantic provinces, and 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. in Newfoundland. POST TOUR PHEW
We made it! Lucil and I are back safe and sound in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and unbinding after 15 days of highways, mountains, R&R, radio shows, photo shoots, interviews, and hosemusik.
Lucil couldn't believe all the new "Freundlings auf Lucil" - especially the dancers who gave an extra boost to every show and who won a plethora of bizarro prizes. A dance off between two boys in Victoria (they tied - won an ANIMALIA magazine/grow your own farm cattle kit), a breakdanceoff between two punk rock sweethearts in Vancouver (they shared the grand prize - a french excersize manual from the 80's) and three decked out interpretive dancefolks in Nelson (the last apricot bar of the tour!).
Playing with bands Fembots, The Jane Waynes, Bitty Idiot (cabaret performer), The Engaged, Ghosts, Fun100 and The Ewoks was a dream. Find them online if you can and check out any upcoming shows if you dare!
Right now we're in Montreal getting prepped for future projects including a top secret music video and I'm starting to experiment with new musical instruments/machinery and working on creation plans for album #2 (Lucil may guest star on this one...).

Driving through Rockies was ein zoopah beautiful experience...lots of magical clouds blanketing the peaks - a veritable trip to Narnia. Arriving in Vancouver Johnny roadie supreme und I were welcomed by surprisingly damp grey weather but soon warmed up with tomato barley soup at Cafe SVP. Then we were off to the CBC where Mar, Don, Grant, & Haig led us into the bowels of the building - Studio 5 - where I recorded ein segment auf das Halloween Special Radio Sonic show! It will be on diese airwaves on October 26th from 7-10pm so check aut www.radiosonic.com fur more details during the next week. Tomorrow I'm auf to Victoria for my island debut!

Hoseworthy Kickoff - Kingston und Guelph mit Fembots: Das Kingston show was ein hilarious success bringing people auf all ages (some had naps before the event) together in true hosestyle. Then auf to Guelph where Lucil was in debut-mode und everything the Fembots owned broke. Before das spectacle Lucil went to das Arboretum mit The Ontarion, das University newspaper, und met a stinky dog named Rusty along with other wildlife wows - squirrels, goldfish, und Japanese gardens.
